1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through LAMBOTIQ.COM are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept secure online payment via credit/debit cards and other methods offered at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
3. Delivery
We deliver across Jordan within approximately 48 hours. Delivery fees are as follows:
Within Amman: 3 JOD
Outside Amman: 4 JOD
All deliveries are fulfilled daily between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the curated nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of damage or defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery. To request a return, please contact our team with proof of damage. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.
5. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you with options or offer a full refund.
